About - Halali Camp is centrally located between the other two main camps of Etosha (Okaukuejo and Namutoni) and has one of the best waterholes in Etosha National Park.
To the west lies Okaukuejo Camp where you can have lunch after a morning game-drive. Spend the heat of the afternoon cooling down in the pool before returning to Halali camp for the night. On another day, you can repeat the process but this time heading east to Namutoni for lunch.
Accommodation - Halali Camp is built amongst some shady Mopane trees and the chalets are all well spaced apart giving a generous feeling of space and tranquility to the camp.
The camping site at Halali is a sprawling area with plenty of space to set up camp and clean ablutions blocks.
Most of the accommodation at Halali is in the form of rooms fitted with large sliding doors drawing in the natural surroundings.
Halali Rooms and Chalets - The honeymoon chalets, sometimes referred to as premier chalets, have a large king size bed rather than 2 single beds and are a great option for honeymooners. Equipped with outdoor jacuzzi facilities.
If you prefer to cook for yourself on a braai or BBQ then the Bush chalets would be a good option for you. There are two types of bush chalets at Halali to suit different group sizes, two bed and four-bed. All bush chalets at Halali have their own braai facilities.
The Halali Premier Chalets are ideal for relaxing under the magnificent African sky after a long day driving in Etosha.
The family chalets at Halali are in high demand since they are the only
chalets with a self-catering kitchen as well as braai facilities. The
Halali family chalets are secluded with elevated patios overlooking the
surrounding Etosha landscape.
